Warranty Policy
Montivarius timepieces are covered by an international limited warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use.
During the warranty period, Montivarius will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective component at no charge.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in the movement
- Defects related to assembly or internal components
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Battery, strap, bracelet, or clasp
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Water damage caused by use outside stated water resistance guidelines
Water resistance notice
All Montivarius watches are rated to 5 ATM (50 meters) and are suitable for everyday exposure such as rain, hand washing, and showering.
Activities involving sustained water pressure, including swimming or snorkeling, are not recommended and not covered under warranty.
Water resistance is not permanent and may decrease over time due to normal wear or improper use.
Warranty claims
To make a warranty claim, the original warranty certificate and proof of purchase must be provided.
Incomplete or altered documentation may void warranty coverage.
