We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be returned in its original condition
• Include original packaging and documentation

Non-returnable items

• Worn or altered watches
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Custom or limited production pieces

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
